A Trainer Who Cares

 I am doing virtual personal training right now. You can do it from your computer, ipad or cellphone. I am charging $50.00 for a one

hour one on one session with me. I will be demonstrating and watching everything you are doing. 

If you do not have any home gym

equipment, that is not a problem. I have been doing personal training for many years and have learned to become more creative over the years. 


When you work with Certified Personal Trainer, Karen you will receive the accountability, motivation and education you need to reach your fitness goals and start leading a happier and healthier life. After evaluating your current fitness level and helping you establish a healthy goal, Karen will design a program specific to you. Your program will include comprehensive assessment, progressive exercise techniques, and constant reinforcement of a healthy lifestyle.

Whether you’ve been working out for years or are planning to start, I can tailor a training regimen to suit your individual needs and schedule. I will help create a workout routine and nutritional program, and I will show you how to use handy fitness calculators. I train all age groups from 8 years to 80 years.

Knowledgeable Training Expertise

  I have been involved in fitness training for over 25 years.  I am certified by the American Council on Exercise and the American Fitness Professional Association as a personal trainer.  I am also certified by the American Fitness Professional Association in nutrition.  My involvement in the fitness arena has been a life long commitment.  I take a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating nutritional counseling, yoga, mind/body connection, and of course exercise.  I will tailor an exercise program for your individual needs, taking into consideration your previous experiences, personal preferences, and goals.
